fading from one frame to another....HELP
In Photoshop CS2 and Image Ready.
I'm having a problem. I'm trying to make a text icon that fades from one frame to another. I keep having problems with the opacity of the frames. And also when I use "tween" my other layers don't show up. I've looked it up in the memories and tried following the instructions in this entry where someone asked about fading. I've tried everything and I can't get it to work.
Here are my layers in Photoshop CS2.

After I click on "Make frames from layers" it looks like this in Image Ready. I want it to fade and transition between each frame. Like I said I've tried "tween" but it's not working.
What am I doing wrong?
