1. Take your pic, crop it, resize, duplicate and set to Screen 100%



2. Create a new layer, fill it with #bfd4ed, set to Colorburn 100%.


3. Create a new curve layer:
RGB Input: 88
Output: 100
Red Input: 208
Output: 171



4. Create a new layer, fill it with #eccca4, set it to Softlight 80%.



5. Creat a new curve layer:
Red
First point: Input 128
OutPut 128
Second Point: Input 100
Output 30

Green
First Point: input 79
Output 48
Second Point: input 130
Output 128

Blue
First point: Input 128
OutPut 128
Second Point: input 51
Output 82




6. Create a Selective Coloring layer
Red:
C: -54
M: 1 Y: 16
B: -14

Yellows:
C: -100
M: -15
Y: -23
B: 0

Cyans:
C: 100
M: 10
Y: 0
B: 2

Blues:
C: -32
M: 1
Y: 24
B: 0

Magentas:
C: -100
M: 100
Y: 28
B: 0

Neutrals
C: 7
M: 4
Y: 15
B: -8



7. Create a new Hue/Saturation Layer : Saturation +15 (optional)



8. Add some text or brushes and you done!
