Moving Frame By Frame in WinDVD 4

I'm trying to make some screencaps of a DVD. I use WinDVD 4, and I know how to make the captures, but I'm not sure how to move it frame by frame. Is the only way to pause the DVD, screencap, play, pause, screencap..?
