Go from this.. .. To this..
Selective Colouring? No..
Translatable? Most Likely..
Program Used? PS CS2
Very Simple..Only 6 steps..
This is my first go at a tutorial so please be gentle with your comments ^o^
Step 1...Duplicate your cropped base...Gaussian Blur 3.0 pixels... set to Normal. Opacity 34%
Step 2... Add new layer.. flood fill with #e02d66 set it to Screen.. 95%
Step 4... Add new layer...flood fill with #1c92c9 set it to Colour Burn...100%
Step 5....Duplicate your base layer and put it above the Colour Burn layer and set to Screen...100%
Step 6... Add new layer...flood fill with #f3def5 set it to Colour Burn....100%
And your done =) .... you may want to mess around with the opacity's depending on your base =)
