Clip Icon...?

Hey. :D I've been a lurker for awhile, but I finally have a question. I have ImageReady/PS CS2...and have been wanting to make an animated icon...is there anyway to do this with an already animated .gif clip? I looked through the archives, and couldn't find this, so I apoligize if I'm just being blind. :P Basically, I'll I want to do is make this an icon.
