using psp8. no clue if it is translatable. not for Beginners.
[1] start out with a big size picture, i got mine from getty image.

[2] if the picture isn't already in black and white , destruate it.
[3] use the target tool to color in the lips and eyes , or any other part of the picture you want to stand out. i used these colors:
--- lips #FF6D69
--- eyes #B3FF69
** my result
[4] duplicate layer. set to screen
duplicate that layer. set to overlay.
new layer. fill with #041B4A. set to exclusion.

[5] create a saturation layer.
hue 40 or 50.
saturation 60.
merge layers.

[6] resize to 100 X 100.
** my result
[7] open a new image 100 X 100.
[8] click here
click here
click the little arrow then click your picture in the drop down list. look here
set the scale to 50 then press ok.
[9] fill the 100 x 100 image with the pattern.
[10] use the square selection tool to select half the image. like so
[11] create a hue/saturation layer.
set the hue to -180
** my result
[12] use the square selction tool to select to bottom half of the image.
[13] create a hue/saturation layer.
set hue to 40.
[14] use the square selection tool to selection tool to select the bottom right square.
[15] create a hue/saturation layer.
set hue to 70.
[16] merge. sharpen if you want.
done! show me what you got.
