1. Duplicate your base twice and set the first to Screen at 55% and the other to Soft Light 55%.
2. Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: +25
Contrast: -25
3. Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Hue/Saturation
Master Control Settings: Saturation +25
4. Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Color
Reds:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +55
Yellow: +30
Black: -5
Yellows:
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -100
Black: -100
Cyans:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: -60
Yellow: -100
Black: +100
Blues:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +35
Yellow: -100
Black: +50
Blues:
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black: -100
Whites:
Cyan: +45
Magenta: -25
Yellow: -45
Black: +25

5. Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -10
Contrast: +10
6. Add a new fill layer with white [#FFFFFF] and set to Overlay at 15%
7. Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set it to Saturation at 55%
