No Selective Coloring! In PSP

Open your base.
Make a new layer at Soft Light 100% Fill it with #ed81da.
Make a new layer at Soft Light 100%. Fill it with #81c1ed.
Make a new layer at Exclusion 100%. Fill it with #134669.
Make a new layer at Lighten 100%. Fill it with #6c0606.
Make a new layer at Soft Light 100%. Fill it with #2d660a.
For the final step, duplicate your base, set it on Overlay 100% and drag it to the top.
