Right, first of all, you need to desaturate your image. Done that? Good.
Now you need to dance like you've never danced before!
Okay, forget that. You really need a new layer. Fill it with #678FB5. Set it to screen, and adjust opacity to 50.
Get a new Brightness/Contrast Adjustment layer. Hug the Brightness, 'czuse you're not gonna do anything with that, and adjust the contrast to 40.
Add a new layer, fill it with #B08770. Set to difference, and adjust the opacity to 45.
And another new layer. Fil with #899F87. Set this one to screen, and adjust opacity to 50.
Duplicate the base, and bring it to the top. Set it to Overlay, and adjust the opacity to 75.
Merge all the layers. Now, I'm gonna blur it slightly as it's looking a bit pixely. This step isn't essential :)
I'm gonna Gaussian Blur it at a radius of abou 0.45. This will vary on your image, obviously :)
Now, people who missed the blur, COME BACK!
Ah, hello :)
Add a new layer, and insert the brush below in #000000. Set to overlay.

Yet another now layer (last one!) and insert the brush below in #FFFFFF. Place it in the bottom left hand corner. Then go to Image > Mirror.

Viola! You're done :) Oh, and I do't know who did teh brushes, so could someone tell me if they know? :) Thankies ^_^
