1.] Start out with your base obviously. Crop, sharpen, whatev. Make sure it 100x100. I have a thing for borders so I put mine at 98x98 plus 1px border at the end.
2.] Duplicate your bas and set to screen with 30% opacity.
3.] Make a new raster layer. Set to soft light 50% opacity and fill with #FFE1C1.
4.] New H/S/L layer. Saturation: +20.
5.] Color Balance:
Midtones: 12 -15 -7
Highlights: 17 -7 13
[OPTIONAL] To make the image look somewhat animated, go to enhance photo>edge preservation. I setmy smoothness to 6, but mess around with the numbers until you find what you like best.
AND YOU'RE DONE.
