to I use Photoshop 8.0
1. I take this picture from flowers (100x100).
2. Duplicate your base and sharpen it once.
3. Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set it to Screen 30%. You can play with the opacity until you like it ;).
4. Next I make a Exclusion layer. I choose this color #171560. Or you copy the picture of it below.
5. Than I take a texture from (I don't know anymore who has make it ;P .. If you are the maker, tell it me). I set it on Screen 100%.
If you take a picture from people, you can erase the parts that covers the face or something, with a soft round brush 50% opacity.

6. Than I take another texture (and I can't remember what the maker of it is). I set it on Screen 100% and than flip it horizontal.

7. At last I put the word Flower on the icon in white. The lettertype is DreamerOne.
