1) Crop your image down to a size of 100 x 100
2) Duplicate your base and set the top layer to Screen at 100%
3) Merge layers.
4) Go to Image> Adjustments> Selective Color. Here are my settings
REDS
+66
+20
-45
-48
YELLOWS
-51
-32
-65
+57
NEUTRALS
+5
0
0
0
WHITES
0
0
0
+100
BLACKS
+15
0
-27

5) Go to Image> Adjustments> Hue/Saturation. These were my settings:

6) Create a new layer and fill it with #F1C1C1 and set the layer to Soft Light at 35%
7) Create a new layer and fill it with #F1C1C1 and set the layer to Color Burn at 50%
8) Add this texture by poeticwings. Set it to Darken at 100%
9) Create a new layer and stamp your image. (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E) Desaturate this layer (Ctrl + Shift+ U) and set it to Overlay at 20%
10) Merge all Layers. Go to Filter> Sharpen> Unsharp Mask. These were my settings:
A- 50
R- 2.0
T- 5
11) Add text if you want and you're done:)
