Done using PS7, uses selective colouring and levels.
1. Take your base and duplicate twice. Set both layers to Screen 100%. If your base is particularly bright, set the first to Screen 50% and the second to Pin Light 50%.
2. Create a Levels layer (New Adj. Layer - Levels). Set to the following points:
I: 34, 1.10, 214
O: 0, 255
3. Create a new Fill layer. Fill with #ECB9E7 and set to Soft Light 50%.
4. Create a Selective Colour layer (New Adj. Layer - Selective Colour). In Neutrals set to the following points:
Cyan: +25
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +32
Black: +15
And you're done!
