Rounded rectangle

Hi! I was just wondering if someone here could help me. I was trying to make a rounded rectangle for a layout last night. I tried to make it with the rounded rectangle tool, but I hate de black border..is there a way to make it dissapear???I was able to make it with Paint Shop but now I use Photoshop and have no ideaa!!
Please help... someonee!!???
