How to make this:
In PSP/PS all versions! Must have an Animation Program, in this case, i used Animation Shop 3, free for download.
Open your image you want to make the eyes blink:
and save it.
Go to the brush tool, pick the circle brush at 1 or 2 px. Zoom in on your picture and shade part of the eyes using any color you want, i used black.
Now save this picture as another one other than the original:
Now shade in all the eye(s). Then save it as another picture:
Now open your animation program, in this case, I'm using Aninmation shop.
Then, after opening the program, press on the Animation wizard and add the 3 images you saved. Make sure your first is on the first frame, 2nd on the second, and 3rd as third.
Select your first frame (original image) and go to Animation >> Frame Properties >> and set the number to 75-100. I chose 75. Then view your animation and save it!
Done! Easy!
