Vertical picture scrolling animation

Hi, i checked the memories andf oculdn't find anything on this, if it's there I'm sorry...
Does anyone know hoe to do this type of animation? (made by delphicdemise)

I have all the scrolling pictures correctly sized as well as the still one, I just dont know how to make them vertically scroll like that. I use PSP7 and AS3.
