my first tutorial.

1. crop base to 100x100
2. sharpen, only if it really needs it.
3. duplicate base and set it to screen 100%
4. make a new layer. fill it with #98dff1
and set it to softlight at 100%
5. merge visible (ctrl+shift+e)
6. add a hue/saturation layer. set the saturation to +60
7. duplicate base and bring it to the top.
set it to color burn at 100%
8. make a new layer, fill it with #000040
and set it to exclusion at 82%
9. make another new layer and fill it with #fcfld1
and set it to color burn 30%
10. merge visible (ctrl+shift+e)
11. duplicate base and press (ctrl+u)
set the saturation to -100
12. set that layer to lighten at 100%
and move the layer to where ever you want
13. erase what ever is cover the person on the base extra, if needed.
14. merge visible (ctrl+shift+e)
15. use the blur tool at about 20% and blur whatever is
fuzzy
