My Second Tutorial - Oliver Phelps.

I used Photoshop Elements 5.0
1) I first start out with this picture of Oliver Phelps, Rupert Grint and James Phelps at the NMA Awards.
2) I cropped so I just have Oliver and I resize to 100x100
3) I duplicate it and set to Softlight 100%
4) I duplicate it again and set it to Softlight 50% then I make it Black and White.
5) I used the Blur tool with a size 8 brush and I just went over his face a little.
6) I make a new layer and filled it with #f9d4ac and I set to Color Burn 100%
7) I make another new lay and filled it with #7ba7c2 and I set to Softligt 100%
8) I make one more new layer and filled it with #7f7d7b and I set to Overlay 100%
9) Make a Hue/Saturation layer. I went to the Red Layer and I set it +28.
10) You can add Text if you want. I added "Oliver" using Magik for the font and the color I used is #7ba7c2
