1. Open your base.
2. Paste this gradient at lighten 100%
3. Duplicate the gradient and set it to screen 100%.
4. Make a round or square or whatever shape selection on the base layer.
5. Go to Layers >> New adjustment layer >> Hue/Saturation, set the saturation to -100.
6. Drag the Hue/Saturation layer to the top.
7. Right click on the Hue layer and click on blending options.
8. Check the stroke box and highlight it, then set the width to 1px and choose the color of the border. I chose #ffffff (white) press ok.
9. If the little running ants (selection) are still there. Deselect it.
10. Add text..I added I though you loved me in Will&Grace and verdana.
