color correcting help...

So, I capped this movie in hopes of making icons and normally I have no problem fixing the coloring...this movie however [or, more rather the part that i wanted icons from] was excessively blue and for the life of me I cannot find any tutorials or tips on how to correct blue coloring. i looked through the memories but couldn't find any [as i said, i suck with the searching] any help is appreciated.
