Two quick questions under the cut.*edited because I have another question ^_^;
I'm very new to icon making and I wanted to know how to set the screen to a certain amout of percentage?
And what happens if when in someone's tut they put something like 'Fill it with #FFDDFA' where do you go to find that? Sorry I know these probaly have very simple explanations but I really need to know because I'm having issues following the tutorials because I'm not sure how to do these things T_T I'm using Photoshop.
