some more help?

so i just bought Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and I have a part that i want to turn into a mini movie. I am using InterVideo WinDVD 4, Paint Shop Pro 7, and Animation Shop 3. I didn't see much (if anything at all) in the memories so I'm going to just come out and ask. How do I do it?
