1. Make a new selective color layer. Set your settings/adjustments like mine:

Reds:
+100
+9
+22
+17

Yellows:
+34
+22
-21
0

Neutrals:
+100
+13
-9
-18


2. Done with selective coloring! Now flatten your image.
3. Duplicate base, set it on sof light and go to filter >> blur >> gaussian blur >> 0.5 - 3

Done! The last step (3) is optional you can leave your picture the way it is!
