No selective coloring, PSP is perfectly suitable for this!



1. Firstly, you can duplicate your base and set it on screen if it needs to be lightened. In this case, i didn't screen it.

2. Make a new layer, fill it with #0d3e67 and set it on Exclusion.

3. Make a new layer, fill it with #87c0e7 set it to softlight.

4. Merge all layers, or in other words, flatten the image.

5. Duplicate your layer, set it to Color burn, if your using PSP set it to burn. Duplicate again and set it to softlight.

You can stop here or continue one more step, for my picture, i continued..

6. Flatten your image (merge all layers) and then duplicate your base and set it to overlay.


Add brushes, text, etc...
