Colouring Tut

As per the request of my icon community, I've done a very basic tut, making this:

I would describe it as a tut for people just getting the hang of their programs. It's not a step by step type of tut, but more of a guideline. I also do a short bit on using textures to give icons a bit of personality.

Programs: PSP9 or any Photoshop
