1. Duplicate your base. Desaturate it and set it to soft light. Then duplicate that layer (two desaturated soft light layers).

2. New fill layer. Fill with #1c0c46 and set to exclusion 100%

3. New fill layer. Fill with #3ab773 and set to exclusion 40%

4. New fill layer. Fill with #fdc273 and set to multiply 26%

5. New fill layer. Fill with #ec81b4 and set to color burn 18%


6. Duplicate one of the desaturated layers two or three times, and drag them to the top.

7. Done!
