Can someone PLEEEEEEEEEASE help me with this? I will be ever and forever eternally grateful to you if you can.
I use PSP 9 and when I go to use a brush, it keeps rotating the brush when I push down to make it brush on the image. :( I have fixed this once before but cannot remember what I did to make it not do that anymore.
