First, take your base.



Then, duplicate your base and set them to SCREEN until it is as bright as you want it (I did mine twice).



Create a new layer, fill it with #fcedd6, and set it to MULTIPLY.

Create a new layer, fill with #2fd2fb, and set it to SOFT LIGHT.

Then, go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>COLOR BALANCE, and put in the follow for MIDTONES: 17, 7, -30.



Then, go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS, and set SATURATION to 17.



Then go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST, and set CONTRAST to 16.



And you're done! Now wasn't that easy?
