Fourth Icon Tutorial

Also I got my base from here: Basic Bases
Prepare base, [sharpening etc.]
Duplicate base.
Set duplicate to "Hard Light".

Go to Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>> Color Balance.
In Midtones set settings to:
-56, +58, +59

Make another new adjustment layer, this time Curves.
Make a little dot in the center and make the settings the same as mine:
Input: 121
Output: 135


Make another New Adjustment Layer, this time Selective Coloring.

When it comes up it should already be set to Red.
Match the settings to mine:
-100, +23, +100, 0

Same thing for Yellow, in the drop-down menu:
-100, +31, +100, 0

And once again for Cyan:
+100, 0, -100, 0

And finally, for Neutrals:
+100, -11, -11, 0
And your result should be something like mine:
