Seventh Tutorial!
1. Crop your base to 100 x 100.
2. Make a new hue/saturation layer (layers >> new adjustment layer >> hus/saturation).
3. Set the saturation to -100.
4. Duplicate your very first base, drag it to the top and set it on overlay.
5. On your background copy, go to filter >> blur >> gaussian blur >> 0.6 (you can always raise it), if your using psp go to Adjust >> blur >> gaussian blur and set it to 0.6 or more.
6. Flatten Image (merge all layers)
