Sixth Tutorial!
1. Make a new exclusion layer. Fill it with #0A124A.
2. Duplicate your base and drag to the top. Set it on overlay.
3. Duplicate your "Blue" Layer and drag it to the top.
4. Duplicate your very first base, drag it to the top and set it on soft light.
5. Make a new layer, at the top..keep it at normal.
6. Insert any brush. I put Unkown Creator.
7. Flatten your image.
8. Duplicate your base.
9. Go to Edit >> Stroke >> Center 2 px.
