Animation Quality and Looping

So I made an animation from a tutorial that was posted here not too long ago. I took the animation straight from a good quality video, but when I watched it the quality was horrible. Also is pauses at the end, where I would just like it to loop continuously. I use Photoshop CS2. Thanks :)
