Fifth Tutorial!
Open up your base.
Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness/Contrast.
Set the contrast to +32.
Now go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance.
Column 1. Cyan/Red: -71
Column 2. Magenta/Green: 0
Column 3. Yellow/Blue: +49
...your done! You may flatten the image, stroke, add brushes or textures...etc.
