I'm pretty new to icon making - I haven't even made a first post yet! - so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.
I use paint shop pro 8, and I cannot figure out how to create this white, sort of graffiti-looking (for lack of a better word) brush on icons. Examples:

Are these brushes made by someone else, or can I do it manually? Thanks for your help and sorry again.
