Open your base/icon.
Duplicate the base 2 times, set both on overlay..(don't worry if it's too bright)
Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Hue/Saturation/Lightness
Set the saturation on -100
Make a new layer, set it on exclusion, fill it with #6e084b
Duplicate your very first base and drag it to the top.
Set it on Overlay.
Done!
