I'm rather confused on how to do the pinwheel effect
under Animation Shop
the One that had the Colin Farrel Avatar..
Post..asking how to do it..
because I need Step By Step Guide on how to do this
I'm real confused on how to do..
it theres this one step Im stuck on..so
If I could get some help that's be awesome..
