Quick question: How do I get this effect using Adobe 7.0? 
xxpikapika (the maker of the icon) mentions how to do it using PSP, but... I don't have that, and I couldn't figure out how to make it apply to Adobe. ^^;; Any help is greatly appreciated! [And the effect that I'm talking about is the lines in the background, while also making sure that they don't go over the subject of the icon.]
