adobe illustrator 9

I was wondering, does anyone here know how to use Adobe Illustrator?

If any of you do, could you please tell me where i can find some beginner tutorials? Also, in illustrator, i want to use the eyedropper tool, but somehow it won't pick up the color i want. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks in advance
