Im new and Helpless to Adobe 7....

*Cries* I have Adobe Photoshop and I have NO IDEA how to use it! I made an Icon but that was making to clicks...lol! can anyone help in how i can cut up pics and make them all pretty? or where I can find stuff to make them pretty lol!??
