Text Problem

I just made an icon with scrolling text but residual letters keep coming up when it goes backwards. I use the same frames for backwards and forwards so I don't know why they would lag going one way. Can anyone help me? I'm using Animation Shop but I can use ImageReady if that will solve the problem.


P.S.
I also made one that didn't have a transparent background and everything works fine.
