Fonts

Hi, I'm new here and I've learned a lot from the memories section, however I can't seem to figure out how to load fonts into PSP8. All the tutorials are for XP or Win98, but I have Windows Millennium Edition. I know, I know, but I'm not the owner of the PC I use and the owner is very set in his ways and will not install XP, even though we own it. I'd really appreciate any help, I've been driving myself insane trying to figure it out.
