PS7 + Anime
I glanced through the memories for something like this, but I didn't see it - so if I overlooked it, I apologize in advance.
What I'm looking for is a PhotoShop tutorial on how to make decent icons out of anime pictures/screencaps. I'm (in my opinion) pretty good at making icons out of people, but when it comes to anime, I can't make one look semi-pretty for the life of me. Any help at all is appreciated. :)
EDIT: Also, this could go for fanart as well, since they're similar.
