PS7: threshold/colorization

I can't for the life of me find the original thread in the memories, but I remember someone asking how to get an effect like with these, by dirtyreflection. In that same post, she linked to this tutorial. It's a pretty good one, and I thought people other than whoever originally posted that question might like to see it.
