The icon shown in this post has my question in it. Not the underwater effect, but the smaller font that is outlined in black. Whenever I try and make Redensek that small and outlined in black, the entire font is black, but when I make it size 20, it comes out fine, but of course I want it small, around 8 or 9. How can I make it look like the font in this icon, or do I need to use a different font?
And, I forgot. I'm using PSP7.
