I have never really posted a question here, because usually I find answers in the memories, but this time it's different.

I want to know how you get the "polaroid" effect. You know, make a picture look like a polaroid? Here is an excellent example of an icon of mine:



How do you get the polaroid border? I thought it might be a brush, but I cannot find any brushes like that.
