brush help?

I looked through the memories and I don't think this has been asked before, but I'm sorry if it has.

I use PSP8, and I downloaded an image pack so I could create brushes that had been made in PS7, but they all came in one .jpg file. How do I make them into individual brushes?

Any help would be much appreciated.
