Gradient Help Part 2

I'm sorry that my Gradient question was a bit confusing. Hopefully this can clear things up and someone can help me.



First, here's the question again:

How do you do the following?

Apply a reflective gradient of F0BB78 to F509D6 on your first blank layer

I have no idea how to 1) get a gradient to be more than one color on one layer (I don't mean pre-made gradients). 2) create a reflective gradient that isn't pre-made. Help?
