Help... :( Animation in Image Ready

I need help with animation in Image ready. I checked the memories, and I couldn't find anything helpful...

I took at screen-cap of my screen and of Image ready, so you can see where i am. I'm probably doing it all wrong.

Anyway here it is:


Am I on the right track? Am I doing it right?
