antiquing/fading effect?
First, I have to say thank you to this community, because it has helped my iconage improve by leaps and bounds, especially THIS tutorial by 
sinecure. This tute has become my icon-making bible. ^_^
My question: how do I get an aged, antique, faded looking effect, as shown here:
Would that be some sort of brush, or Effect? I have PSP7. I can't seem to find anything in the memories. . . though it's kinda tricky to navigate those, as some are obscurely named: "How do I get this effect?" or "Silly icon question..." ;-P
