Going from 
to 
start by duplicating your base three times, set the first two to Screen and the third to Burn.
Make a new layer and fill it with #1A1D38, set it to Exclusion.
Duplicate your base and drag it to the top, set it Luminance at 100%
Make another layer and fill this with #67D4EF, put it on (colour)Burn at 100%
Duplicate your base twice again, drag both to the top and put them om Multiply. (If you want it to look more like the other icon I made set the first of these two layers to Luminace)
Make a new layer fill it with white and set it to Overlay, duplicate this layer and set it to soft light.
And you're done! I'd like to see what you come up with. (:
